      Government Shutdown Assistance

      We are here for you.

      ECU is aware of the financial hardships that the recent government shutdown will have on many federal government employees.  We are here to help you during this difficult time.

      ECU is offering our Hardship Emergency Loan Program and other resources to assist with gaps in pay for eligible members.  

      We encourage you to contact us at 800.999.2328 or visit your nearest branch to individually discuss your situation.   Please bring your government issued identification, and if your current payroll deposit is not with ECU, you will need your two most recent pay stubs and proof of direct deposit.
