ECU Credit Card Statement Regarding COVID-19
ECU values our members and is committed to helping them remain financially healthy during the COVID-19 situation. To assist our ECU Credit Card members, ECU will allow impacted consumer cardholders to skip their monthly payment during the months of March and/or April. No fee will be assessed for this option and late fees will also not apply to the skipped payments. In addition, participation in this program will not have a negative effect on members’ credit reports or payment history.
Please note: Finance charges will continue to accrue, although a minimum payment is not required.

In addition, ECU will be waiving late fees on Consumer Visa credit card accounts for members who pay their March and April 2020 payments after the applicable grace period and would normally be subject to a late fee.
