      Mortgage rates are rapidly changing!  If you are currently searching for a home, now is the time to lock in a low rate.  Give yourself the rate protection you need with ECU's Lock & Shop program.

      • Pre-qualify for a mortgage loan 

      • Lock your rate

      • Up to 75 days to shop

      When you pre-qualify for a mortgage loan with ECU, you can lock the current rate for 75 days.  You can then shop for your home during that 75-day period.  Once you have found your dream home and can provide a signed purchase cotract, you'll receive your locked rate or the current rate on your mortgage loan, whichever is lower!
