ECU Mobile Banking App is the Nation's Most Loved

KINGSPORT – According to MagnifyMoney, ratings posted by Eastman Credit Union mobile app users has earned ECU a first place designation among the nation’s top 100 banks and credit unions, rounding out a year of record-breaking member satisfaction and growth.

Members are very happy with ECU’s online solutions, as their voluntary reviews on both Google Play and iTunes have ranked ECU’s app better than the competition. Since MagnifyMoney started this ranking in 2014, ECU has maintained a top position.
ECU’s motto of “ECU Beside You” is embodied in the app reviews. Members state that they love the immediate access to funds, seeing transactions post in real time, viewing cancelled checks, paying loans instantly, making instant online deposits, and accessing accounts from anywhere at any time.
