How to Enroll in ECU Online Statements on a Mobile Device

• Open the ECU Mobile app and log in to your account
• Tap the “More” button in the lower right corner
• Select “Online Statements"
• Read and accept the disclosure that appears
• Enter your e-mail address and tap "Register"

How to Enroll in ECU Online Statements on a Desktop (Web Browser)

• Log into ECU Online
• Click 'Online Statements' in the menu bar across the top of the page
• Read and accept the disclosure that appears

This will allow you to receive your regular account statement online.* Once you have registered to receive your regular account statement online, you can opt to receive your ECU Visa® statement online by clicking on 'Secure Forms' within ECU Online and submitting the "Online Visa Statement Application."

Once you sign up for either online statement service, you will be able to view statements from the past 24 months. 

If you already receive Online Statements, you can also receive additional notices online that would normally be mailed to you, including your monthly mortgage statement.  The next time you view your Online Statements, you will be give the opportunity to opt in to online notices.  It's easy - just follow the prompts to enroll!

*If you would like to receive your UTMA (Uniform Transfer to Minor Account) statement online, please contact us at 800.999.2328 to have your UTMA account(s) linked to an existing Online Statement.
