The things you love about your ECU Visa® card are on your smartphone! Use your ECU Visa® debit or credit card with Apple Pay™, Samsung Pay, or Google Wallet™ to safely and conveniently checkout in stores, apps, and online in seconds!

Getting started with Apple Pay™, Samsung Pay, or Google Wallet™ is simple.

Apple Pay ™

  1. Add your ECU Visa® card to your mobile wallet by snapping a picture or entering it into the Wallet app.
  2. Hold your device near a contactless reader and confirm using Face/Touch ID.
    • If your iPhone has Face ID, double-click the side button. If prompted, authenticate with Face ID or enter your passcode to open Apple Wallet.
    • If your iPhone has Touch ID, double-click the Home button.

Samsung Pay

  1. When you're ready to pay, open Samsung Pay on your phone.
  2. Tap the Pay tab, and select your preferred card. Tap Pay again, and then choose your desired security option, such as entering your PIN or fingerprints.
  3. Enter the required security information or simply place your finger on your phone's fingerprint scanner.
  4. Next, hold the back of the phone up to the contactless reader and perform your desired actions to complete your purchase.

Google Wallet ™

  1. Wake up & unlock your phone
  2. Hold the back of your phone to the payment reader
  3. If prompted, follow the on-screen instructions

Add payment cards to the Wallet app.

Samsung Pay app is pre-loaded on devices.

Install the Android Pay™ app from the Google Play store.

HOW TO USE

Hold your device near the terminal with your finger on Touch-ID.

Swipe up from the bottom of the screen, choose the payment card, and enter the PIN or scan your fingerprint.

Make sure the device is unlocked and hold it near the NFC terminal.

SECURITY

The card number is never stored on your device or Apple servers. It utilizes unique tokens for transactions, so card numbers are not shared with merchants when you pay.

Card numbers are not stored on your devices. It utilizes tokenization that generates a unique number for transactions.

The actual card number is never sent to the merchant. A virtual account number is used.

LOST DEVICE

If the Find My iPhone app is installed on the device, activate Lost Mode. This will immediately disable Apple Pay™ until you reclaim your device.

Register for Samsung's Find My Device service; you can remotely erase any cards.

Use Android Device Manager to instantly lock the device or delete any personal data.
