Did you receive an unsolicited call or text message?

Phishing scams are on the rise. Some members have reported receiving unsolicited calls or text messages attempting to obtain ECU Online^® account information.

Scammers often call or text, pretending to be ECU, to access your information and accounts. In some cases, they may even make it look like it's coming from our actual phone number.

REMINDER: Avoid clicking suspicious links in a text message and don't call the phone number a text message came from.

If you're ever unsure, contact our Member Contact Center at 800-999-2328 or visit one of our branches for assistance.

To learn more about protecting yourself from fraud and scams, visit the ECU Security Center.
