ECU PhoneLink allows you to access your account by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, using a touch-tone phone. You can check balances, transfer funds, make loan payments, and much more via this convenient service.
To use ECU PhoneLink, simply call 800-999-2328 and choose option 1 for account access. If you have never used ECU PhoneLink before, you will need to speak to a representative to request activation.
ECU PhoneLink features a voice-guided menu that is customized for each member based on your account structure. Members can press or speak their selection or simply speak a variety of commands and the system will respond.
