How to Enroll:
Option 1: Desktop Online Banking
Log in to online banking. Select Additional Services and then click the Credit Score widget. Agree to the terms of agreement.
Option 2: ECU Mobile App
Log in to mobile banking and select the More menu. Click on the Credit Score widget and agree to the term of agreement.

Yes! There is no cost to you for the SavvyMoney credit score services or products provided by Eastman Credit Union.
SavvyMoney uses industry-standard security practices to protect your data.
No. Using SavvyMoney offered through Eastman Credit Union will never directly impact your credit score. When SavvyMoney accesses your credit file information, it results in a “soft inquiry” that doesn’t alter your score.
Scores are updated every 7 days and displayed in digital banking. You can also refresh your score and full report every 24 hours by clicking “Refresh Score” within the Score dashboard. The credit monitoring alerts are updated any time the credit score and report are refreshed.
No. Eastman Credit Union uses other lending criteria* when underwriting loans and has no access to SavvyMoney Credit Score.
*Eastman Credit Union may underwrite your loan using a different scoring model, such as one of the FICO models.
