_{A $30 fee may be assessed each time an item is paid using ODPP, up to a limit of six (6) Insufficient Fund (NSF) and six (6) Premium Overdraft fees per day. The fee assessed will be determined by the type of transaction presented. ECU will not pay items beyond the $500 ODPP limit. Items that are $5.00 or less will not be assessed a fee. If this service is used, repayment is expected immediately. If your account balance remains negative for 25 days, the ODPP services will be removed. If your checking account balance is negative for 60 days, your checking account(s) and/or share account(s) may be closed. The ODPP service may be withdrawn by ECU at any time and you may choose to opt-out of this service at any time. ECU reserves the right not to pay any item if your available balance is not sufficient to cover the item.}
