- Finance up to 90% of the sales price or appraised value, whichever is less (limited to 25 acres or less*)
- Fixed and adjustable-rate loan options
- Minimum loan amount of $10,000
- Commercial lots are processed through the Business Lending department
*Requests for land loans beyond 50 miles from an ECU branch and requests for land loans larger than 25 acres will be considered on a case-by-case basis at a lower loan-to-value.
