Complete the Student Loan Advance Request form in one of three ways:

• Access the Loan Center menu in ECU Online Banking and select Student Loan Advance
• Visit any ECU branch
• Call 800-999-2328

_{Advances are processed within 1 - 2 business days of application, providing all necessary documentation has been received.}

• Official statement of costs for tuition, room/board, etc. 
• Books and/or supplies related to your degree, if requesting funds for these items
• Class Schedule
• Previous semester’s grades

(All documentation should list the student's name and school name)

Send Documentation Securely

• Visit https://secure.ecu.org/securereader/inbox.xhtml. Login/Register, click "compose," and send documents to studentlending@ecu.org.
• Documentation can also be dropped off at any branch or faxed to 423-578-7310. You must maintain a cumulative 2.00 GPA from all semesters attended.
