ECU Title & Escrow is a full-service real estate settlement company. This service gives ECU members the option to complete the home-buying or selling experience at an ECU branch, making the entire process as convenient, comfortable and timely as possible.
Some of the services provided by ECU Title & Escrow include:
- Ordering the title examination for the property
- Clearing any detected title issues
- Securing the title insurance
- Collecting all required documents to proceed with settlement
- Managing the process to ensure a timely, efficient closing
- Recording the deed and any other necessary documents
