Peak Time employees are scheduled for our most critical times and are expected to keep a flexible schedule, so they work when business volumes are high, when Full Time/Part Time employees are absent, and during holidays. This is a non-benefited position; however, peak employees are eligible for the ECU Bonus Plan.
