Welcome Home
Nothing says "Welcome Home" like $20,000 in grant funds toward the purchase of a home!
Eastman Credit Union will have access to Welcome Home funds through the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati. These funds must be used to fund reasonable down payment and closing costs incurred in conjunction with the purchase of owner-occupied housing to be used as a primary residence by low-and moderate-income homebuyers.
Welcome Home Funds will be available on a first-come, first-served basis beginning April 6, 2026, and will be available until all funds are reserved.
