What is ECU Curbside?

Going into the branch isn't always convenient. But with ECU Curbside, an ECU representative will attend to your financial needs while you remain in your vehicle. For those with a busy schedule, children in the car, or a pet along for the ride, nothing beats ECU Curbside! It's a great option for those who prefer personalized, face-to-face service with minimal contact.

How Do You Use ECU Curbside?

Upon arrival at the Clinchfield or West Elk branch:

  1. Park in a designated ECU Curbside spot.
  2. Call or text the number on the sign to let us know you've arrived.
  3. A representative will come to your car to assist you with your banking needs!
