Full Time
Full time employees are normally scheduled to work 40 or more hours per week and are eligible for our full benefits package including: ECU Bonus Plan, 401k plan, Profit Sharing Retirement Plan, medical/vision and dental benefits, group term life insurance, short and long term disability, flexible spending accounts, holiday pay, and vacation time and floating/personal holidays.
Part Time
Part time employees are normally scheduled to work 30 hours per week and are eligible for our full benefits package including: ECU Bonus Plan, 401k plan, Profit Sharing Retirement Plan, medical/vision and dental benefits, group term life insurance, short and long term disability, flexible spending accounts, holiday pay, and vacation time and floating/personal holidays. Vacation, holiday pay and floating/personal holidays are prorated based on a 30 hour per week schedule.
Peak Time
Peak time employees are eligible to work up to 950 hours per year. Hours per week will vary depending on business need. Peak Time employees are scheduled for our most critical times and are expected to keep a flexible schedule so that they work when business volumes are high, full/part time employees are absent and during holidays. This is a non-benefited position; however, peak employees are eligible for the ECU Bonus Plan.
