Why should I update my contact information?

If you have recently moved, changed your phone number, or email address, be sure to update your contact information with Eastman Credit Union.  It can help protect you from identity theft and ensure that you receive the critical correspondence you need.  It’s important to be timely and proactive about updating your information so you can stay on top of your credit and finances.

How do I update my contact information?

You can update your contact information in the following ways:

ECU Online Banking

1. Login to your online banking account
2. Click on ‘My Settings’ located in the menu at the top
3. Find the information you want to change
4. Click ‘Edit’
5. Make your changes
6. Click ‘Save’

ECU Mobile App

1. Login to your ECU Mobile app
2. Click on ‘More’ located at the bottom
3. Click on the cogwheel located at the top
4. Select ‘My Settings’
5. Find the information you want to change
6. Click ‘Edit’
7. Make your changes
8. Click ‘Save’
