      Providing reliable, convenient access to your accounts is one of our top priorities. We’re always listening to your feedback and looking for ways to enhance your digital banking experience.

      That’s why we've updated the menu items to improve overall navigation!

      These changes not only create consistency between ECU Online® and ECU Mobile but also pave the way for future enhancements.  Look for additional information on those later this year!

      ECU offers top-of-line Online and Mobile Banking, and we want it to feel like it! The menu items will be reorganized to improve your banking experience across all platforms.

      Updated Menu Items

      Among these enhancements to the menu items, please note the following:

      • Bill Pay can now be found under Move Money. 
        • Or utilize the "Make a Payment" widget on the My Accounts screen
      • In ECU Online®, all Forms are now under the appropriate category and the Forms tab has been removed.

        In ECU Online, you’ll see the new menu items:

        My Accounts – Default Tab to view your account balances, Special Offers, Bill Pay widget, and Money Management widgets.

        Move Money – Includes Bill Pay, Loan Payment from External Account, Make a Transfer, Send Money with Zelle®, View Scheduled Transfers and Move Money Forms.

        Loan Center – Apply for a loan under this tab or submit a Student Loan Advance Request Form.

        Cards – Apply for a credit card, view ECU Credit Card Rewards, go to the ECU Cards App, or submit a Card Services form.

        Additional Services – Account Services, Card Services, Forms, and more!

        Online Statements – Access your monthly statement 24/7 through this tab. Also, access annual tax statements, important notices, and more!

        ECU Mobile App Changes

        In the mobile app, the new menu items will be:

        My Accounts – Default Tab to view your account balances.

        Move Money – Includes Bill Pay, Loan Payment from External Account, Make a Transfer, and Send Money with Zelle®.

        Loan Center – Apply for a loan, View your Special Offers, and utilize Skip A Payment for eligible loans.

        Check Deposit – Submit your check for a deposit from anywhere using Mobile Check Deposit!

        More Menu – Includes highlighted items for easy access:

             –Cards: Apply for a credit card, view ECU Credit Card Rewards, and go to the ECU Cards App.

             –Chat Now: Live Chat with a representative during business hours.

             –Online Statements: Access your monthly statement 24/7. Also, access annual tax statements, important notices, and more!

             –News Feed: Keep up with current information and important ECU news here!

      Frequently Asked Questions

      • Where are the forms?

        The secure forms tab has been removed, but the forms are still available in ECU Online®! To streamline navigation, all forms have been placed under their respective categories. To locate them, simply hover over a menu category and view the far-right section.

      • How do I find Bill Pay?

        Whether you're on ECU Online® or the mobile app, Bill Pay can now be found under the "Move Money" menu section.

      • Can’t see the new navigation icons?

        Make sure that you’re using the latest version of the ECU app by going to the app store.
